United Way of Calgary

The United Way of Calgary was seeking a provider to support them in the development of a content marketing guide to help educate and enhance the organization’s social media marketing capabilities. This is in light of growing competition for Benevity and other online giving companies. The team was great to work with. First, we did a deep dive into the United Way story using my 100 Stories research method. Second, I wrote a comprehensive social media marketing and content creation manual. I also advised the director of marketing and communications and their internal teams about shifting and evolving trends in marketing.
