Despite advances in technology and changing stakeholder needs, construction companies often continue to market themselves with traditional methods. The existing Graham Construction website site did not meet the needs of their customers.
Working with Park Digital we explored the Graham customer to achieve a better understanding of their journey in choosing a construction company and specifically, what customer needs of the website included. By working with Graham’s communication team, leadership and those on the ground our discovery process drove direction for the final outcome.
Starting with a digital strategy, we developed a stable foundation for Graham’s online presence. Our work included a number of digital initiatives including a social media strategy, content marketing strategy and the launch program for the new Graham website.
