Creativity Workshops

Expericent creativity workshops are based on the premise that each of us has limitless potential to be creative. Just be creative! You have probably heard it more than once and thought: easier said than done. But in fact, it’s a lot of fun and intriguing to discover the value of creativity in your organization. The best solutions are found by accident or while thinking out of the box. The challenge is how you get there.
A logical way to step out of the daily drag is by doing something completely different. That’s why we have hobbies in the first place. However, at work it’s worth having fun too. Yes, during working hours. We offer creativity workshops for corporate employees and company leaders by giving everyone permission to let go, explore and have fun all guided by specialist mediators.

ROI on creative training
Many organizations, such as 3M, IBM and GE are hiring the creative class and retraining employees to help them translate complex concepts and solve problems. They have introduced systematic creativity activities into their training and working processes with outstanding results. The ROI on creativity in the workplace is inspired people, increased potential to abstract and reframe thinking and giving the permission to be creative as an integral part of their employee experience.
- Frito-Lay reports documented cost savings over a four-year period of almost $600 million due to creativity training programs (Morrison, 1997 — Cited in 101 Activities for Teaching Creativity and Problem Solving, by Arthur VanGundy, 2005).
- The Wall Street Journal reported that a two year in-house creativity course at General Electric resulted in a 60% increase in patentable concepts.
